Job summary

Sterilite is seeking a night shift supervisor to oversee Inspector/Packers, Floorpeople, and manufacturing lines in our Michigan facility. You will troubleshoot molding equipment, monitor color changes, ensure safety, and coordinate shift workloads while maintaining quality and production targets.

The role offers a base pay range of $34.00–$38.80 per hour, with a night differential and a weekly payroll schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of supervision experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Inspector/Packers, Floorpeople, Powder and Label employees, and the Grinding Department.
• Troubleshoots machines, molds, materials and color; ensures quality and proper repairs.
• Ensures safe work areas; conducts daily safety inspections and trains staff on procedures.
• Manages start-ups and shutdowns, coordinates die changes and workflow across shifts.
• Maintains materials and ensures proper documentation and shift rosters.
