Salary Range: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour - $1.50/hr shift premium

The Process Technician is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing plastic molding processes to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency, and safety. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience in plastic molding operations. The Process Technician will work closely with operators, production leadership, and maintenance to ensure molding presses operate within established process parameters while meeting production and quality goals. This position also serves as a leadership proxy when assigned supervisors are unavailable.
Physical expectations and working conditions associated with this role may include prolonged standing and walking in a manufacturing environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds during mold installation or equipment handling. Candidates must be capable of wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and back supports, and must work safely around industrial machinery.
