Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing plant operations and equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe workplace.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment and processes.
• Support installation and testing of new equipment.
• Collect data to support production, quality, and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead projects as required.
• Train production personnel on equipment and processes.
• Create work instructions and assist Process Engineer.
