Blount Fine Foods in Fall River is looking for a dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. This position is on the third shift, from 11 PM to 7 AM, providing a chance to contribute to a culture of safety.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a relevant degree or OSHA training, and demonstrate a business understanding of manufacturing processes. Attractive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k with company match are also included.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Associate’s Degree preferred; High School minimum requirement.
• General Industry 30-hour OSHA card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and comply with all safety and department rules.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to ensure compliance.
• Educate, monitor, and train personnel in safe work practices.
