Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Process Operator in New Holland, PA to join our manufacturing team. You will operate sterilization equipment and processing systems, ensuring product quality and compliance with FDA guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic math/measurement skills; 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred. Weekend and overtime hours may be available to support production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to use basic shop mathematics and precision measuring instruments.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and process systems.
• Inspect cup/bag formation, fill weights, and sealing temperatures to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate processing paperwork in line with FDA guidelines.
• Prepare materials and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment, following GMPs and safety rules.
