Job summary

Integer is seeking a Machine Operator for the 8-hour night shift to operate and monitor production machinery. The role includes reading manuals, inspecting parts, and supporting basic setup or calibration as needed.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with 2+ years of related experience in regulated manufacturing; medical device experience is preferred. Strong focus on quality, safety, and precision is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience and/or 2–4 years operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and safety/quality requirements.
• Operates machinery used in manufacture under moderate supervision.
• Completes tasks, solves routine problems with latitude for independent judgment.
• May assist in equipment set-up or calibration of complex assignments.
• Loads materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals and maintenance instructions.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
• Follows documentation for product manufacturing.
• Maintains and cleans machinery as necessary.
• Performs other duties as required.
