Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Night Shift Operator at our Suffolk, VA facility. You will load and unload raw materials and finished products, operate transfer systems, and support site logistics with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, math, and strong English skills required.
• Technical training is a plus.
• Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, transfer, sample, and handle raw materials and finished products.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment and transfer systems.
• Support site logistics activities including railcar movement and forklift operation.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time and coordinate with production and labs.
• Participate in safety programs, audits, and PHAs as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and support environmental compliance.
• Perform physical duties including lifting up to 55 pounds.
