Solenis is seeking a Night Shift Operator in Massachusetts to load/unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You will support railcar, bulk truck, and warehouse activities while maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; math skills valued.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Technical training is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, transfer, sample, and handle materials for railcars, trucks, and storage.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment; report issues promptly.
• Support site logistics, forklift operation, and material handling following safety practices.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time with site personnel.
• Participate in safety programs, PHAs, PSSRs and audits as required.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S and environmental standards.
• Perform physical duties including lifting up to 55 pounds and standing for long periods.
