Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Night Shift Operator to safely load and unload raw materials and finished products, supporting railcar, bulk truck, package loading, and warehouse activities while maintaining safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with production and laboratory staff, complete documentation on time, and participate in safety programs and audits. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and extended standing/walking.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Math proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Technical training in related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, transfer, sample, and handle raw materials and finished products following procedures and regulations.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment and transfer systems; report issues promptly.
• Support site logistics including railcar movement, forklift operation, and material handling with safe practices.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time; coordinate with production and lab personnel to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in safety programs, inspections, audits, PHAs, and PSSRs as required.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and support environmental compliance initiatives, including RCRA requirements.
