Starting wage is $24.30/hour with $1.50 shift differential (without CDL) or $28.49/hour with CDL and same differential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role experience in a production setting.
• Ability to read and write English for record keeping.
• Experience with timekeeping and production scheduling.
• Familiarity with safety and food safety standards.
• Willingness to obtain CDL within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and direction to team members.
• Direct and monitor operations of assigned processes.
• Plan and implement process improvements.
• Schedule people, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain safety, quality, and attendance records.
• Prepare performance appraisals with supervisor.
