Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Night Shift Leadership Team member for the Arcadia, WI complex. The Live Receiving Supervisor will provide direction, coach teams, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a high-volume poultry production setting.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, budget adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A CDL license within 6 months is required or pursued as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, coaches, and motivates team members to maximize quality and productivity.
• Directs department operations and implements process improvements.
• Schedules staff and resources to meet production needs; supports budget and cost controls.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides coaching for team leaders.
• Promotes safety and quality through training, audits, and incident investigations.
