Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia, WI is hiring a Production Associate – Nights to support the production of value-added poultry products. You’ll perform a range of production tasks, monitor equipment, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment, with a focus on teamwork and reliability. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:25 am.

Starting wage is $21.59 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential. Prior poultry or food-industry experience is a plus, and a High School diploma or GED is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Ability to stand and work in cool temperatures and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety and food safety guidelines.
• Support team members by sharing skills and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas of production as needed.
