Job summary

Pilgrim’s Arcadia, WI is seeking a NIGHT SHIFT PROCESS LEAD to join the LIVE RECEIVING TEAM. You will supervise first-level operations, guide a safety- and quality-focused crew, and drive efficiency and yield in a fast-paced production area.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance reviews, process improvements, and enforcing food safety standards. CDL may be required within 6 months; strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a production team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and write English for records and communication.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and yield goals.
• Schedule staff, materials, and equipment to optimize resources.
• Enforce company policies and train new hires.
• Monitor timekeeping and attendance using Kronos.
• Lead process improvements and assist with quality initiatives.
