Job summary

FastTrack Staffing in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Nightshift Process Engineer to own and continuously improve a group of machines on a high-speed assembly line. You will troubleshoot complex equipment, document processes, and work with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering to meet site KPIs through strong root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop SOPs, RCA/CA, supporting daily improvement meetings, and partner with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or STEM field.
• 3+ years on high-speed assembly line/manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting complex machinery/robotics.
• Strong RCA and corrective action skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; MS Project/Visio preferred.
• Bilingual Chinese/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve a defined group of machines and workstations on a high-speed line.
• Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, OCAPs, RCA/CA, and other documents.
• Support daily improvement meetings and drive bottleneck removal and output improvement.
• Participate in MRB processes and provide RCA and corrective actions.
• Develop training materials and standard work; transfer knowledge to OJT team.
• Coordinate with Equipment for EM and rapid recovery to resume production.
• Plan PM scheduling and evaluate effectiveness to improve uptime.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers and Project Engineers on process improvements.
