Job summary

FastTrack Staffing seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, FL to perform varied maintenance tasks including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. The position is night shift (6pm–6am) on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. Ideal candidates have proven maintenance experience, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to lift 50

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Certification as an Electrician or Mechanic is preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum performance of systems in facility
• Perform installation and testing of systems
• Inspect equipment for issues
• Troubleshooting and documentation of issues
• Perform upgrades and improvements to machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Comply with audit guidelines, GMP regulations, and other quality standards
• Work safely with attention to LOTO guidelines and other sagely precautions
