Qualifications

• Must have valid LPN or RN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long term care facility; new graduates considered.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and have knowledge of medication administration, treatments and overall processes in a long term care facility.
