On-the-job training will help you advance in your career while working a 4-on/4-off schedule with full-time hours. Starting pay is $24.00–$30.25 per hour plus a 7% night shift premium, with safety shoes/glasses reimbursement and all tools provided.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical troubleshooting and minor adjustment ability.
• General experience with printing presses.
• Ability to read job specifications and perform basic maintenance.
• Ability to read a micrometer and use basic math/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Press Operator with press setup and make-ready tasks.
• Operate and maintain printing presses.
• Install plates and blankets to ensure high-quality output.
• Make necessary color or register adjustments.
• Assist in replacing press rollers using hand tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
