Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical adjustments on equipment
Technical Knowledge: General experience with presses.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments
Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality production output
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. Frequently
Endurance: Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours)
Technical Skills: Ability to read job specifications, perform maintenance, read a micrometer, and use basic math & computer skills
