Interprint, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a PreMatch Technician to maintain ink color matching for production orders and support fast-paced manufacturing.

This night-shift position runs 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with potential schedule adjustments. Lifting 40+ pounds and forklift certification may be required. Compensation starts at $22–$23 per hour with tier-based increases and a strong benefits package.

• Capable of lifting 40+ pounds as required.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production by matching ink for production orders.
• Produce mid-run ink additions.
• Maintain quality standards by verifying weight and contents of inks.
• Conduct in-process batch color matching.
• Document all process events and approvals.
• Input ink mix formulations into color computer.
