Job summary

Interprint, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a PreMatch Technician to maintain ink color matching for production orders and support fast-paced manufacturing.

This night-shift position runs 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with potential schedule adjustments. Lifting 40+ pounds and forklift certification may be required. Compensation starts at $22–$23 per hour with tier-based increases and a strong benefits package.

Pay Rate

PreMatch Technician Level I $22.00 (includes shift differential)

PreMatch Technician Level II $23.00 (includes shift differential)

Additional increases available through our Compensation Tier Program, ask for details.

Hours

Our standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Depending on business needs, hours may occasionally be adjusted. This can include a Monday–Thursday schedule or reduced weekly hours (sometimes around 40 hours).

A qualified PreMatch Technician will be able to perform the following tasks to include but not limited to:

• Maintain Production by matching ink for production orders
• Produce mid-run ink additions
• Maintain Quality Standards by verifying weight and contents of inks
• Conduct in-process batch color matching
• Document all process events
• Approve batch for printing operation
• Input ink mix formulations into color computer
• Provide all necessary information to replacement shift
