Job summary

TekniPlex, Inc. is seeking an Ink Attendant for the 3rd shift (10:45pm–7:00am) to support the press department. You will prepare inks, adhesives, primers and lacquers, load materials in machines, and manage inventory and waste according to safety guidelines.

The role requires GMP knowledge, TABE/IV0/JSA/GMP training, and strong math skills. The position offers benefits and works in a dynamic production environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• TABE (Reading and Math) test completed.
• IVO certification training completed (Industrial Vehicle Operator).
• JSA reading completed (Job Safety and Health Analysis).
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Make inks, adhesives, primers and lacquers required to run machines.
• Use PC to charge material to machines.
• Return unneeded material to inventory.
• Identify hazardous waste and dispose in correct hazardous waste containers.
• Manage waste or waste containers in satellite areas.
• Label containers with hazard information.
• Inspect satellite areas to ensure proper waste container condition.
• Place hazardous waste in correct storage location per time and rules.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
