Job summary

Len-Tex Corporation in North Walpole, NH is hiring an entry-level Pre-Match Technician to support print production by preparing ink batches that hit target colors reliably. You will mix, draw down, label, and track ink usage to ensure color accuracy and consistent results.

You'll keep the work area clean, manage recycled ink, and coordinate with teammates across the shop. This is a full-time, on-site role with an early start, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, offering benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Accurate color matching abilities with knowledge of color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite, full time, Monday–Friday 6:00 am–4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare ink batches to job specifications and color standards.
• Complete drawdowns and checks to confirm color accuracy and consistency.
• Label, document, and record weights, drawdowns, and ink usage on production orders.
• Manage recycled ink inventory and materials to reduce waste.
• Keep the area clean, organized, and ready for the next run; assist with weekly cleanups.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teammates and take on other tasks as needed.
