MacLean-Fogg is seeking a Precision CNC Cell Operator in Mooresville, NC to turn prints into precisely machined parts safely and on time. You will own setups, troubleshoot, and mentor junior operators on a third shift.

Strong blueprint reading and math skills are required, with 2–5 years of CNC experience. You will read engineering docs, document production data, and maintain 5S workstation standards while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related CNC experience.
• Self-direction with minimal supervision.
• Experience resolving complex equipment/process issues.
• Ability to interpret prints/specs and follow instructions.
• Intermediate math and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup and operation of CNC and mechanical equipment to achieve precision, productivity, and quality.
• Execute advanced troubleshooting, make adjustments, and perform programming edits to improve performance.
• Read/interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and work instructions.
• Measure with precision gaging instruments and document production and quality data.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S-aligned work area and comply with safety procedures.
