Qualifications

• Medical background preferred with healthcare terminology.
• One year of experience in a laboratory or production setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of Pre-Analytical Assistant I and II and meet productivity/quality standards.
• Resolve more complex problems on a routine basis.
• Understand how Specimen Processing and Tech Ops impact testing and result quality.
• Prepare and load specimens, ensure correct test orders and labeling.
• Document activities clearly and on time for traceability.
• Adhere to Quest Diagnostics policies and safety procedures.
