Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Learn duties of the Pre-Analytical Assistant I and how Tech Ops and Specimen Processing interact.
• Identify problems with specimens, missing information, and handling steps to support timely resolution.
• Understand compliance policies related to test ordering and data translation.
• Meet quality and production standards within 6 months of training.
• Complete required documentation clearly and on time.
• Report to work on time and support department during coworker absences.
• Learn additional Tech Ops functions for progression to the next level.
