Qualifications

• Minimal data entry skills required.
• Ability to learn job duties and understand how Tech Ops and Specimen Processing interact.

Responsibilities

• Learn duties and how functions in Tech Ops and Specimen Processing impact quality.
• Identify problems with specimen types, missing information, and handling steps; assist resolution.
• Follow compliance policies related to test ordering and documentation.
• Meet quality and production standards within 6 months of training.
• Report to work on time and support department in coworker absences.
• Learn additional functions to progress to the next level.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
