Sweeping Corporation of America in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Overnight Power Washer (Non-CDL) for a full-time 3rd shift. You will operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean buildings, sidewalks, streets and related surfaces, taking ownership of your assigned routes while prioritizing safety and quality.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay of $20 to $25, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: None — ability to read.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License required.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: perform pre/post inspections of equipment and verify safety features.
• Execution: review routes, ask questions if unclear, complete jobs on time with quality.
• Equipment Operation: operate equipment safely, follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: manage materials safely and dispose properly.
• Reporting: report issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.
• Professional Communication: maintain professional conduct with team and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: complete required logs and forms accurately.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: respond to changes and solve issues timely.
• Attendance: maintain regular, on-time attendance and schedule adherence.
