Job summary

This full-time role focuses on maintaining daily cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms and common areas, while responding to building management requests and arranging meeting spaces.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of Porter experience, strong communication skills, and the physical ability to perform duties outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Porter experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop or kneel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust to keep spaces tidy.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper).
• Wipe down doors, windows and high-touch surfaces.
• Respond to spills and tenant requests promptly.
• Assist with moving furniture or setting up meeting spaces.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
