Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a hands-on, high-impact approach. You’ll coach a large team, drive guest service excellence, and manage the P&L while staying active on the floor.

The schedule is four shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM, with 3 full days off. Base pay ranges $55,000–$80,000, plus $15/hr Appreciation Pay and monthly bonuses based on sales growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to train talent and build winning teams.
• Ability to motivate a diverse crew and engage with customers.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a large night-shift team in a high-volume setting.
• Strengthen teamwork and ensure gold-standard guest service.
• Manage P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.
• Own the night shift operations and performance metrics.
