Job summary
Grande Cheese Company is seeking a technically adept Maintenance Instrumentation Specialist for night shift in Fond du Lac, WI. You will ensure reliability of instrumentation and control systems, install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, and mentor staff across Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams.
Your expertise in Studio 5000, AVEVA and PLCs will guide safe, efficient operations and upholds quality standards across the facility.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or better in Electrical Tech or related field.
- Minimum 5 years related maintenance experience.
- Experience with PLC programming.
- Experience with HMI programming and AC drives.
- Industrial wiring, Ethernet networks, and control panels knowledge.
- Allen Bradley PLC experience.
- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability and efficiency of instrumentation systems.
- Provide facility-specific support to Operations, Engineering and Maintenance.
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
- Train, mentor and consult on Studio 5000, AVEVA and related systems.
