Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician in Dickson, TN. You will perform complex mechanical and electrical duties, troubleshoot PLCs with handheld devices or laptops, and install/maintain electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.

You will design PLC programs and panels, read blueprints, and lead process improvements to increase productivity while ensuring safety and reliability on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years electrical experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with PLCs and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Design and redesign PLC programs and operator panels.
• Install, maintain and repair equipment for electrical energy generation and use.
• Read blueprints and diagnose trouble from schematics.
• Lead process improvements and drive productivity.
