Ultra-Poly Corporation in Portland, PA is hiring a full-time night shift Plastics Quality Control (QC) Technician to perform physical properties tests on finished compounds and raw materials. You will operate testing equipment and ensure products meet customer specifications while coordinating with manufacturing departments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, plastics testing experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with good mathematical testing abilities.
• Prior plastics mechanical testing experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Operates QA/testing equipment and processes.
• Maintains QA logs and paperwork.
• Collects and evaluates samples for customer specifications.
• Reports results to QA supervisor and updates internal systems.
• Interacts with production, packing, and logistics teams.
• Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
