Job summary

Greene, Tweed in Kulpsville, PA is seeking a Plastics Secondary Operator for the 3rd shift (10:45 PM–7:00 AM) in the Plastics Machining department. You will set up and operate CNC equipment, perform first article and in-process inspections, and ensure quality finished parts in a production setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to read drawings, and annual QC certification. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Maintain annual QC certification.
• Ability to independently read and interpret production drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Record information on GT data collection system as required.
• Operate equipment such as saw skive, knife skive, hot knife, guillotine and CNC machines.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections of components.
• Perform final inspection using measuring devices (OGP/Keyence/CMM).
• Assemble components and deburr/finish parts as needed.
• Paint parts following approved instructions and ensure quality.
• Move WIP and finished parts between departments and maintain housekeeping.
