Job summary

T.O. Plastics, a division under Otter Tail Corporation, seeks a 3rd shift operator for 9:45pm–5:45am, Sunday through Thursday, with a 15% shift differential. Pay ranges from $23.57 to $29.33 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Trade school in plastics fabrication preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and product specs.
• Able to read prints and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines, monitor performance and quality codes.
• Train new Packers and assist with paperwork.
• Set up printers/lines, start machines and adjust speeds.
• Maintain paperwork for inventory, quality, and roll tickets.
• Identify unsafe conditions and follow safety procedures.
