Job summary

East Jordan Plastics, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Process Technician for the night shift in South Haven, MI. You will set up, operate, and optimize automated injection molding machines, tune molds, and drive quality and efficiency on the floor.

You will troubleshoot issues, mentor teammates, and champion safety and continuous improvement while contributing to a sustainable packaging leader in the horticultural industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automated plastic injection molding.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes, materials and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and optimize automated injection molding machines.
• Install, adjust and tune molds and equipment to keep production running smoothly.
• Monitor processes and implement improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the on-shift technical resource for the molding team.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain safety.
