Job summary

East Jordan Plastics, Inc. is seeking a capable Night Shift Production Supervisor for our Lyons, GA facility. You will lead an afternoon/night crew, ensure safety, and drive production plans in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastics/injection molding, and can pass background, medical, and drug screenings. Shift premium and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastics/injection molding preferred but not required.
• Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team to meet schedules with safety as a priority.
• Plan and direct work activities to meet production goals.
• Monitor workload and utilization of operators.
• Audit daily production reports and track quality and efficiency.
• Coach staff and participate in progressive discipline.
