Job summary

Taurus Industrial Group, LLC is seeking a Plant Water Technician to maintain the safe operation of plant process water, potable water, and wastewater systems at our Colorado facility. This role requires night, weekend, and holiday work for projects, testing, or outages and may fill in for the plant chemistry supervisor as needed.

You will operate and monitor water treatment systems, collect samples, calibrate instrumentation, receive chemical deliveries, and coordinate with power operations to

Qualifications

• :High school diploma or equivalent and valid Colorado driver’s license.

• Current Colorado licenses and ability to obtain within stated time frames as listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate potable water, demineralized water, sanitary wastewater and phosphorus removal systems to meet regulations.
• Monitor water treatment, cycle chemistry, dam integrity, and water quality.
• Receive and offload chemical deliveries; forklift operations.
• Collect samples and calibrate online instrumentation.
• Collaborate with power operations to adjust cycle chemistry and load changes.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to organization policies.
