Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising live receiving, evisceration, cut-up, deboning, and packaging while maintaining HACCP/GMP compliance, accurate records, and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in poultry or meat processing operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse production teams.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours (early morning, evenings, weekends as needed).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily poultry processing operations (live receiving, evisceration, cut-up, deboning, packaging).
• Ensure production targets, yields, throughput, and efficiency standards are met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or equipment usage to prevent bottlenecks.
• Verify proper equipment setup, sanitation, and readiness at shift start-up.
