Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor for our Manchester, PA plant. You will supervise the 7:00 pm–7:00 am shift on a rotating basis, ensuring safe operations, quality, and efficiency on the plastics production lines.

You will lead a team, train new employees, manage production schedules, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in plastics manufacturing.
• Experience with blow/injection molding is a plus.
• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and Beckum equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, production schedules, staffing, and quality.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
• Train and mentor new employees for duties.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address issues or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Stay updated with industry trends to keep processes competitive.
