Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Olathe, KS is seeking a Production Manager to lead the night-shift production team and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will set goals, mentor ~30 employees, and coordinate across departments to optimize workflow, implement cost controls, and maintain high standards. A bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership in manufacturing are required, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven safety accountability and ability to lead a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with lean manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations, set goals, monitor performance, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Coach and supervise production and transportation supervisors over ~30 employees.
• Promote safety and ensure OSHA compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee employee training, onboarding, and skill development.
• Ensure product quality and on-time delivery through effective scheduling.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce waste while managing costs.
