Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Loader and forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment; able to operate complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust plant equipment to ensure product quality.
• Maintain records of equipment settings and product quality.
• Follow operating guidelines and report issues to supervision.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
• Operate wheel loader and forklift safely and efficiently.
• Report on maintenance needs and equipment condition.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
