Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing) to maintain electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems across production, packaging and utility equipment. You will perform planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure continuous operation in a manufacturing environment.

The role offers Sunday-Thursday 10:00PM–6:30AM shifts with a $35.00 per hour wage, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and eligibility for a $1/hr raise over the next two years after a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of experience in a maintenance role in manufacturing.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC and/or HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, unplanned, and emergency maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections for reliability.
• Read electrical schematics and service manuals to perform maintenance.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Document repairs and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
