Job summary

Meadow Gold, a DFA dairy brand, is seeking Plant Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair production assets and utility systems across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, read schematics, support equipment installation, and help minimize downtime. Benefits include union pension, healthcare, paid vacation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years minimum maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, processing, and packaging equipment and utilities.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and performance.
• Read manuals and schematics to perform required service.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and train operators as needed.
• Document repairs and maintain SOP-compliant records.
