Job summary

Meadow Gold is seeking skilled Plant Maintenance Technicians to maintain production assets and utility systems, ensuring continuous operation of electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $35.00, with $1/hour raises over the next two years and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of experience required in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC and HVAC systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment and related utilities.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and routine inspections for reliability and performance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and work orders; assist with installing new equipment.
• Support operators with training and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Document repairs and complete paperwork clearly and accurately.
