Job summary

West Point Dairy Products LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment in a food manufacturing environment. You will operate on a 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM schedule, with Monday-Friday work and a rotating weekend day off.

Hourly pay ranges from $24 to $28 depending on experience, plus a $2 night shift differential and a $2,000 hire bonus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Food manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, mixers, packaging lines.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Complete maintenance tasks such as lubrication, minor piping repairs, and valve work.
Respond to equipment alarms and breakdowns to support continuous production.
Support equipment changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and commissioning of new/modifed equipment.
Perform facility maintenance including HVAC and utilities.
Document inspections and repairs in CMMS in a timely manner.
Keep tools and work areas clean and safe to prevent contamination.
Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality requirements.
