Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Plant Help Desk Technician to support the technology environment at our Heavener, OK plant on the 3rd shift. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure client devices, and work with plant teams to keep production systems running smoothly.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, 1+ year help desk experience, and ability to travel within facilities. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Two or more years of experience in the help desk function before promotion consideration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install client equipment for end users (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, MFPs, projectors, TVs, desk phones, cell phones).
• Troubleshoot servers, switches, routers, wireless access points, UPS, and security cameras.
• Assist third‑party vendors with plant‑specific computer systems.
