Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Refrigeration Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) at our Heavener facility. The role covers installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration machinery essential to production and cooling processes, with a safety-sensitive environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical capability to lift up to 70 pounds, and ability to read maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds; comfortable in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs refrigeration machinery and equipment.
• Repairs refrigeration equipment.
• Welds stainless steel equipment.
• Monitors temperatures and controls for production and offices.
• Cools water for chiller and supports cooling systems.
