Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker for the 2nd shift in Heavener, OK. The role involves performing various unskilled production tasks at assigned stations, with coverage for others as needed. This is a safety sensitive position.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. No prior experience is required; training provided on site. Background checks may be conducted in accordance with policies.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: No prior experience or training.
• Language Skills: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to count.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs various, unskilled production labor duties at any/all Foods locations as assigned by Supervisor by performing the following duties.
• Works at assigned work station or other work stations with equivalent job requirements as production needs require and as assigned by supervisor.
• Fills in for other production employees with lesser or equivalent job requirements due to absences, vacations, production needs, etc.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
