Job summary

Bachoco USA in Heavener is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift to operate, maintain, and repair processing equipment across our production lines. You will inspect machinery, perform preventive maintenance, adjust product flow, troubleshoot, and coordinate with supervisors to keep lines running safely.

Responsibilities include cleaning and lubricating moving parts, installing and repairing components, monitoring for unusual sounds, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge to operate, maintain and repair machinery.
• Ability to adjust product flow and equipment settings for different products.
• Ability to visually inspect, test machinery and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair machinery and equipment.
• Adjust and test product flow from machines.
• Inspect and service shafts, bearings, gears, and other components.
• Notify supervisors of malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Keep equipment clean and lubricated and replace parts as needed.
