Qualifications

• Combination of associate’s degree with work experience or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Renewable Energy preferred).
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic required.
• Experience in Robotics programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance staff as technical leader on shift.
• Manage the maintenance KPI’s on shift and provide technical assistance.
• Initiate and lead plant teams in the development of process improvements.
